HSA Housing South Australia : Tenant Psycho Attempted Murder

This is something I/We saw and heard with our own eye(s) within the past month or so.  It happened about 7 a.m. on a Monday morning.

1. A sharp crack, like rock hitting glass, was heard, so we came up close to a window to look around outside
2. A tenant was standing outside his unit doing a bit of shouting
3. The tenant then walked to leave the area, but then hesitated and walked back towards his unit
4. After a few minutes the tenant re-emerged from the unit and seemed to be in the company of a large fattish woman who we thought was wearing a white sport pullover
5. The tenant was barking out orders at the fat woman and tossed a large plastic bag into the street in front of the unit
6. The tenant then strode away and shouted a message:
   "Be gone before I get back or you are dead !"
   at the fat lady
7. The large fat woman seemed to be whimpering and hustling back and forth in front of the tenant's unit and other units
8. We walked over to see what the hell was going on and noticed that the large fat woman had collapsed on the main entrance porch to the tenants' unit group
9. A trade workers van had pulled up to do some morning work and the trade worker had pulled out a tarp to put over the woman
10. Soon we noticed the woman was completely topless (not in a white pullover at all) and had a large knife sticking out of her back
11. The pathways to the nearby facing units was splattered with wet spots.  Many of these spots were red with blood.
12. Soon the place was visited by two ambulances who were hesistant to approach the victim in case the tenant was still in the area, but we eagerly waved them in to help out
13. About seven police vehicles showed up in the next hour to secure the scene and take details

THIS WAS THE MOST GRUESOME BLOODY HORRIBLE EVENT I HAD WITNESSED IN THIS SAHT/HSA COMPLEX IN THE PAST TEN YEARS OF RESIDENCE THERE.

It provided ample evidence that HSA/SAHT has become a Half-Way house between the prison system / criminally insane asylums and "normal society" with those rated as "dysfunctional" being given top priority to places in public housing while law-abiding less-violent non-violent non-deviate families, individuals and their partners are given low or no priority.

WE MUST STOP FARMING OUT PUBLIC HOUSING UNITS TO CRIMINALS AND ESPECIALLY TO CRIMINALS WHO TAKE DANGEROUS DRUGS SUCH AS ALCOHOL.
